Member Loyalty Period (MAKESTA), which is an introduction to the organization for new members which includes material on history, creed, principles, goals, structure, work programs, and organizational procedures at IPNU IPPNU.
Basic Leadership Training (LKD), namely training activities for members who will become organizational administrators or cadres which include material on leadership, organizational management, communication, motivation, and basic organizational skills.
Advanced Leadership Training (LKL), namely capacity building activities for organizational management or cadres which include material on situation analysis, strategic planning, decision making, problem solving, and advanced organizational skills.
Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM), namely routine activities carried out by IPNU IPPNU to assist its members in academic matters, such as tutoring, consultations, discussions, seminars, workshops, etc.
Community Activities (KMS), namely activities carried out by IPNU IPPNU to contribute to community development, such as community service, social service, blood donation, tree planting, etc.
