Some feel they don&#8217;t have any talent, some feel unsure of their abilities, some feel confused about where to start. In fact, exploring self-potential is very important to find our passion. <strong>Passion<\/strong> is something we love and enjoy doing, that makes us feel alive and excited. With passion, we can enjoy the process of learning and developing, without feeling burdened or bored.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThen, how do we explore our potential? We can write in a diary or journal about what we do in a day, what makes us happy or sad, what challenges or difficulties we face.
