This regulation regulates the rights of personal data owners, the obligations of personal data managers, and sanctions for data managers who violate personal data protection regulations.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019, it is stipulated that every owner of personal data has the right to know that his personal data is being managed by another party, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of unnecessary or unauthorized personal data.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, for personal data managers, this regulation regulates the obligation of data managers to ask permission from the data owner before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data.
