But there is another side to this narrative that is rarely talked about: how the romantic promises built in the \u201czero to hero\u201d story can become a trap that corners and harms women.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> What is Zero to Hero Syndrome?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u201cZero to Hero Syndrome\u201d is a narrative pattern or perspective that depicts a man as a failure or mediocre figure who then becomes a \u2018hero\u2019 after achieving success or recognition.
